I need to get back to the gym, I started not watching what I’m eating again. I haven’t been to the gym in days. I am falling back into the old habits again. It’s so easy to do. Gonna go to gym tomorrow I hope. Tomorrow is a busy day for me.

Great advice on adding a vitamin supplement. I’ve found that they really help to avoid fatigue in a lower calorie diet.
