Lost Weight After 1st Week

So I stepped on the scale today for weigh in Monday and I had lost 5 pounds. It’s not much, probably water but it’s still something. I did not get to the gym today I went to the dentist instead-ugh. Tomorrow I am hoping to get to the gym and the same goes for the rest of the week. We’ll see if I can keep up the weight loss momentum….
