I went to the gym four days last week.  I ate some bad food this weekend, some nachos at a baseball game, jack in the box at 2 am yesterday nite, some junk from the hostess store today.  I am very interested to see how I will stack up on the scale tomorrow morning on weigh in day! Ugh, oh well, I’ll just get back to the work outs and I still have a good feeling about it.  I would have eaten an entire footlong sub today if I had not found a hair in it.  So I only ate 6 inches or so.  I am excited about weight loss this week and even though I slipped up a bit, I think I still have lost overall.
