I went to the Y today and burned my 250 calories and I stayed on top of me eating only taking in 2200 calories.  That consisted of a coffee from Forza this morning and then a rockstar later in the day, a handful of soy nuts and then for dinner, a tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat or something with like nuts in it, 1 cup of cottage cheese, a hard boiled egg and a yogurt.  I am stuffed, tomorrow I will spread all that food out throughout the day.  It’s not much but I like my caffeine and I don’t want to give it up.  I’ll keep you up on the latest as it happens.
