Getting Thinner At Least For Now

So, since my last blog I have lost 7-10 lbs. depending upon the scale I use. I plan on going to the gym tonite to try to keep building on that momentum. One think that doesn’t make sense is that I have not changed anything so I am assuming this is just water weight for now. I will keep you posted.

Congrats, that’s quite an achievement.
I can’t even lose 5 lbs. over many months.
