So, wayyyyy back in November I blogged about Sears Portrait Studio in Tacoma Wa and how they couldn’t seem to get it right in my book when it came to customer service.  Just an update on that, the regional manager Cheryl called me and mentioned that she had seen this blog and that she really wanted to make things right.  She promised to give me an additional protrait print for free and even rushed my order to the studio.  I picked up my regular order and she infromed me via phone that she had ordered some extra prints and that there would be no charge.

It was the holiday season and I could not find the time to get down to Sears to pick up copies of pictures that I already had.  The rep who had contacted me and claimed she was some regional manager named Cheryl recontacted me and said that she had noticed I had not come to pick up the free portraits, I told her, I was just too busy.  She offered to Fed Ex them to me at no additional charge.  I agreed, she said she could have them on my doorstep in like two days.  Well, a month went by and no pics.  The Sears studio called me to see if I was EVER going to pick up the portraits, I explained that I was expecting them to be Fed Ex’d as promised by the Manager Cheryl.  Well, he mumbled something and said he’d check into it and get them sent out right away.  That was January.  Guess what?  Still no portraits on my doorstep.  If Sears or CPI calls me again I will probably not answer out of protest.  After all, CPI portraits who actually does the photography under the Sears name doesn’t seem to respond to their customer’s concerns so why should I respond to theirs?
