It is amazing that truck drivers can be so clueless about how tall their truck is or if they have the bed up or not. I saw something similar to this on my way home from work one day. A dump truck tore down some power lines because he forgot to put the truck bed back down. Truck drivers like that need to get stiffer penalties to get them to smarten up.
