What A Busy Weekend
So this weekend was the last soccer game of the season for both of my daughters. I missed the youngest one’s game because of missing an email. Sometimes I check my email daily but other times, if I am not expecting anything I may not check it for a couple to a few days in a row. This was one of those times. We also were invited to the coach’s daughter’s birthday party but we didn’t go. We also went to the end of season soccer party and dinner at Grandma’s. It was a REALLY busy weekend, oh I forgot to mention, both girls had friends sleep over. We watched Fred Claus and ate pizza. It was great fun, now it’s Sunday nite, we’re watching Family Guy and getting ready for the week to start. Nothing too major happened but I would like to note that I would not buy any phots from Sears. I will go into that later. Now I am going to chug down a few and relax until tomorrow morning. Have a good evening.

Usually any holiday weekend is a busy travel time for everyone in the aviation industry — pilots, security screeners, air traffic controllers, passengers, airlines, etc. — so yes, it would be advisable to give yourself about 20-30 minutes of extra “cushion” time that can help you avoid check-in and security delays. Security lines are actually not as long as they used to be, however, as people are becoming used to TSA (the security agency at all U.S. airports) regulations. To streamline your security checking process, I would like to suggest that you read some parts of the TSA’s guidelines for air travel, as found on their website, here: http://www.tsa.dhs.gov/travelers/airtrav…
