Little Holland, home of the Mikey Burger, a triple patty sandwich with a slice of canadian bacon on top, closes officially July 25. The building will be leveled as the new Centre Square nears completion. Owners Dave and Dorothy Viskup bought the hamburger stand five years ago. Located at the southwest corner of Center & Orchard, near the entrance to Fircrest, Little Holland also served delicious peanut butter milkshakes and frozen custard.
