I like to think that I can eat whatever I want as long as I work it off.  I rarely get to the gym though.  I thought for fun I would make a list of some common things I eat or drink and how much fat is in each item.

10. Old Fashioned Glazed Krispy Kremes-15 grams

9. Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha-18 grams

8. 2 Cheese Enchiladas, Rice and Beans- 30 grams 

7. Buffalo Chicken Wings-10 grams

6. Chocolate Chip Cookie- 10 grams

5. Spaghetti with Meat Sauce- 5 grams

4. Filet Mignon- 9 grams

3. Chocolate Mousse- 19 grams

2. IHOP breakfast of 2 pancakes, 2 pats of butter, 2 strips of bacon, and hashed browns- 47 grams

1. Doritos (if i only ate one serving and I rarely stop there…)- 8 grams

Bottom line folks, I am lucky I don’t weigh over 300 pounds.  It’s time to get my still fairly normal sized butt to the gym and out of the fridge. :0)
