Superbowl Bean Dip Recipe
This is a great dish to make if you plan on having quite a few guests on Superbowl Sunday. It’s super easy to fix and doesn’t take more than about 10 minutes to put together and then 30 to cook. For this great recipe you will need:
1 Can of Re-fried Beans about 15 oz.
2 8 oz. Packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (allow to soften)
1 16 oz. container of Sour Cream
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
2-3 cups of Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
1/2 Cup Cilantro finely chopped
Combine the cream cheese and the sour cream using an electric mixer on low to medium speed, until creamy. Add in the re-fried beans and the taco seasoning. Continue to mix with mixer until all blended well with a smooth and creamy texture. Spread into a 9×13 cake pan/baking dish (I prefer to use glass). Top with the shredded cheese. I like a lot of cheese you may only want to use a little, it’s all about personal taste here. Finally sprinkle the cilantro on top of the cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips Enjoy!!!! Serves about 10-15 people depending how hungry they are.
