With today’s fast paced lifestyles there is bound to be stress.  There is so much stress around us that even if you don’t look for it, it may still find you. You can just be going along your normal daily routine and then something can stress you out.  It may be a big thing, or maybe just something small.  The truth is stress can kill you.  Some times you can be your own worst enemy.  This can happen by stressing out about something that has not yet occurred, something that is in the future.  This type of “stressing” usually comes from a  type “A” personality. Type “B” personalities are generally more laid back and take things as they come. They deal with situations they can control and don’t stress over the ones that they can’t. Type “A” people usually view type “B” people as irresponsible and stupid. While type “B” people may argue that type “A” people are crazy or ridiculous.   Did you know that type “A” is usually an inherited trait? If you have a type “A” child you will notice more tantrums, they say and speak exactly how they feel at a moment’s notice, they have no filter. You will have to find creative ways to help this type “A” child work through social situations as they grow, where as a type “B” individual is much more relaxed and laid back, will kinda “go with the flow.”  Type “A” people will generally put more of an emphasis on work than they do on their relationship which can lead them to more stress in the future by alienating those around them that love them thus, ending up alone and then having to cope with the stresses that come along with that. There are some great quizzes on about.com that can tell you if you have type “A” personality traits.  If you have too many it may not be healthy for you and  it may just do you some good to get some help with those as they may be increasingly upping your chance for suce ailments as heart attack, ulcers and high blood pressure. Also, you may just get a handle on how to deal with some ot the things that stress you out in a much more constructive way than you may currently be doing. If you are a type “A” personality living with a type “B” or vice versa it’s a good idea to look into some of the differences and try to be understanding of them.
